White sore-like spots on Foxface - Injury or infection? Help with ID / treatment?

My Foxface has two white spots on it, look like injury or sores. No other signs of stress. Eats well. Swims normal. Breathing is normal. No other fish show similar signs. Seems to be getting better, but checking if I need to treat for anything. Thanks for helping.

Those look superficial to me. The two points of concern would be if they grow larger, or more of them show otherwise, I think these will heal on their own.

Not sure what caused them, but coral stings are one common cause. They could even be clownfish bites.
