what is this little spirals everywhere

I believe these are called "Spirorbid polychaetes". They are tiny little tube worms. they are mostly harmless, but they can sometimes cause damage to return pumps and such. They have shown up in every tank that I have ever set up. Not too much to worry about.

Looks about right. They get jammed up in my impeelor for my skimmer a lot

Theyre benificial filter feeders. I let them cover my back wall but not on the other 3 sides because it looks bad if too many show up
