He been in copper for 1 month straight. Notice his fin alway have white spot. Is this mean he still have ich or some kind of parasite

If copper was maintained at 2.25 ppm for 30 days straight, he should be clear of ich. Please provide a clearer photo and/or video.

Based on the treatment given, it is unlikely to be ich.

These filefish are tough to diagnose because their skin is naturally spotted and bumpy.

We need a clearer view. Cleaning the glass and taking a closer video would help.
