White spots but only can see in blue light?

Under mixed or white light the two clowns look fine but under blue light I can see small white specs that may be ich? I'll try and get some pics.

The blue probably shows the contrast better. Making it more obvious

Can you post a picture? Any other symptoms like heavy breathing, lethargy, hiding excessively, flashing or scratching, swimming into the flow of a powerhead or return? How long have they been this way and what was the last wet thing added to the tank and when? Velvet can sometimes be difficult to see, but will show up well under the blue lights.

So it has progressed and they are not doing well and at the bottom of the tank with labored breathing. Going to try and capture them and get them into QT.

6 weeks for velvet, 76 days for ich
