Hi all,

I was hoping someone could check whether the white spots on my acro could be a result of parasites.

My tank has experienced some neglect so I am not per se surprised some of my acros look sick, I would like to rule out parasites though.

Best regards,
Jorren

Could Be Acropora Eating Flatworms (AEFW) try Potassium Chloride dipping

I can say with almost certainty that damage is caused by AEFW. That is textbook definition.

Thank you for the responses. Ill try the potassium chloride dip.

If only it were so simple.

If it is AEFW, there is a pretty good chance they are in the system. If you think dipping one colony will solve the problem, you are mistaken.
I suggest you read up on the subject and come up with a plan.
