Just noticed this on the glass. White with red veins.., about 1/2 the size of you pinky fingernail.

good? bad?
not sure if they are bad. they do multiply quickly though. I siphon some out with every water change. I have no shortage of them in my tank and haven't noticed any negative effects from them.

Definitely asterina, some species seem to be reef safe and others not. They can reproduce rapidly though.
I have a new 20 gallon reef with several corals but I suspect this fellow came in with a couple I brought home from my LT’s today. I opt to pull it out as well as any others that materialize.
