White stuff growing

Hi all, thanks in advance.
Does anyone know what this white sponge looking thing is growing on my live rocks? And my frogspawn has retracted for over 2 months now but still growing small heads it appears does anyone have some insight on taken better care of the frogspawn? My torches, zoas, lobo, galexea, xenia, Duncan's, candy can, mushrooms, hammer heads, anemones and more are doing excep that one frogspawn. I know it's a lot but if anyone can help please let know and thank you guys, you guys are always very hopefull..

Those white things you're seeing is just some type of sponge. (good)

As far as the frogspawn goes you could try moving it to a different spot and see how it responds. Maybe it's getting too much light or too much flow where it is now. It's definitely worth a shot. GL.

Lol this is the fourth time moving it around from the sand to mid to where it is now lol. I'll move it again and see if anything changes. It's has small heads growing though. Good sponge then
