White/Translucent stuff on Achilles Tang belly?

Hi all,

I was wondering if you guys could help me out here in identifying what's attached to my Achilles Tang's belly. It is currently in QT and it had ICH when I just got him. It's been in Cupramine full therapeutic level (0.40-0.50 Hanna Checker) since 26/2. I've only just saw this recently. The ICH is pretty much gone... It was still flashing and I see these white/translucent stuff attaching to its belly.

I suspect it's Fluke so I did a FW Dip for 5 mins and it did not dislodge. I took a pic of it right after i put it back in the QT. It is more protruding now...

Disregard the white specs on its body it's just dirt floating in the water...

There's nothing I can see that's on its Gill. It's where I highlighted in red... I dose cupramine. Therapeutic level is 0.5 copper safe or copper power is 2.5

It might be dead healing skin from where ich was attached. Also treat for flukes w prazi.

Hi yes after speaking to a fellow reefer, he confirmed that could be it as well. I'll dose prazi once the 30 days copper is up

Is the tang eating well?
Achilles are very delicate long term (as you may know). They seem to always get ich. What you are seeing may be mucus from the ich infection, or a reaction to the Cupramine. Some people run Cupramine for just 14 days. I think that is too short of time, but you might consider going 14 days beyond the date the ich spots went away, in case that is less than 30 days and you can then get the copper out sooner.

When you treat with prazi, be sure to supply really good aeration!
