White Worm with red head

I just saw one white worm with a kinda red head sneaking thru my tank and was wondering what the heck that is..

any idea?

It’s hard to tell much from the video but given the size and look of it try looking up dorvilleidae and see if that matches. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen one with a red head though.
