White worms in the sand

I am a newbie!! I have a tank for about 4-5 months now, very happy. noticed those little worms in few spots in the sands. could somebody please help my identify it? is it goot or bad worms??

I can't make out enough detail about the head to give a more specific ID, but it's a polychaete worm (bristleworm) of some variety - if you can see the head well enough to tell me if it has tentacles on it (and how many it has if it does have tentacles), then that would narrow down the possibilities.

As is, I'd guess that it's probably a Dorvilleid worm, but - regardless - it's most likely harmless/beneficial. So, I'd keep them, and I wouldn't worry about them at all.

Thank you both for such a quick response. I'll try to get a good look on the head when I'll get to see it next. but I am glad that most likely those guys are good.
