Got a couple of frags from a new lfs, one night i was checking them out at nightwith a a blue flashlight and spotted some green fluorescence...

Very hard to get a decent pic of them as theyre so tiny

Are they something i should be worried about?

No idea.
Could be a coral like Zoanthid or and LPS, or it could be majano.
Hopefully you will get a better response.
