Hello, just wanted some opinions on shipping costs for a product covered by warranty. I understand each company will handle things differently and we all love the ones that will bend over backwards to make things right. But what about when something you've purchased fails and now you're on the hook to send it back. In my case that's from Canada to a Southern state. This thread isn't a beat down for any manufacturers or distributors. Just want to know if I'm making a mountain out of a mole hill here.
I know each circumstance could be different whether it be a nori clip or a brand new LED unit. So, are you fine with paying for shipping on a warrantied product or does it errk you a bit?

Most of the time it falls under the purchaser to send it back to the manufacturer. I can't recall the last time a manufacturer of anything I've purchased has sent me a prepaid shipping slip to send an item back with.
