Free market I guess

Agree with market pricing.
Whatever they can get is fair.
I have been wondering:
Is anyone else disturbed by the shape of the thing? I find it strangely disturbing myself, and I don’t know why.

Whats the saying? A fool and his money are soon parted.

I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would buy anything at those ridiculous prices, when it can be bought for way less with a few days/weeks of waiting.

God it's not like it's going to miraculously save your tank.

It reminds me of a Michael Graves toaster from Target circa 1998. Not a big fan of Neptune’s aesthetic choices in general, but the Trident is particularly ugly.

You do realize there were at least 1,000 hours of design meetings to settle on that shape, right?

I get it that people want this. Good for them ! Good luck with it. What I don't like about it is the thought of some noob buying this before other vital equipment ! I cant tell you how many reefers I know who bought an apex before an RODI system. ;)

lol Ive been thinking the same thing about the shape. Matches none of the other products.

Well to each there own!! But no way I would pay to that kind of money for any piece of equipment that is not Necessary to keep your tank alive.

Is a bit odd, would like to see what other design ideas they had on the table.

I still can't understand why they chose Magnesium for their "big 3" line up. IMO Nitrate or Phosphate levels are much more concerning to hobbyists than Mg.

That what I was thinking no po controller better be coming next

I think the reasoning is that these are things that can be synced to the dosing pump and be corrected through increase or decrease in dosing.
