Pretty much, I can make them dimmable if you want, but they really don't need to be, algae adapts pretty easily, with only about a week of not growing before it starts to take off. We have a new strip coming in that will be round $49, I will lyk how we like it.

My fuge is about 2/3's of a 30L.

So about 2'? Without optics, the fuge lite gets plenty of spread, especially the strip. I had one over a full 40breeder, and it covered it just fine.

yeah, it's amazing. I had the JBJ Nano glo in my tank & my cheato wasn't doing so hot. Now it's growing like a mad man!
