Who's buying the Gem Tang

There is a Gem Tang up for sale on s popular site.... Can some one please buy it before I get drunk and do it? If my tank wasn't so young it would already be mine and I'm chomping at the bits to buy it but can't trust my system yet enough to allow such a big purchase to go in.

Ouch, that's quite a hit. I would have to be completely sure my system and myself could handle putting such a big purchase in my tank. They are beautiful though.

Yea I've wanted one ever since I was a kid and way before I ever new the price. Yes I was that young kid at the Lfs store with my mother and that's the fish I picked out for my allowance money. The guy laughed at me and told me the price.

I think they are overpriced for a black fish. One of my lfs has had one for years. The only fish I would pay big money for would be an interruptus angel and they are overpriced also

here is how to fix your problem.
1. go to your liquor cabinet, pour yourself a glass of whisky.
2. go to LA/DD site and look at the gem tang while enjoying your glass of whisky.
3. when you are done with the glass you will realize how much more beautiful the fish is and... YOLO. (lol)
4. add it to your card and submit payment, go watch some tv.
5. post pictures when it arrives on R2R and make everyone jelly.

Haha I've made it to step 4 but never pressed submit. I agree they are way over priced and it's sickening to think of but I disagree over it being just a black fish.

overpriced? seems they sell just fine for the current prices. not sure why/how you determined that interruptus/gems are "overpriced", but im guessing the price reflects the rarity and difficulty of collection
