Who's Hiring??

Was just informed by my job that they will be removing my salary portion of pay come June 1st. I am a distribution sales rep and get paid commission on each item sold as well. My territory was the smallest in the company and as the territory grew salary was taken away (which was agreed to and expected).

Now I'm told June 1st the rest of the salary is being taken away, BUT they do not plan on moving any more accounts my way, AND the company has put a hold on adding any new accounts. Even if I grow my territory 10% for the year I'm still looking at 30% pay cut.

What a day, just needed to rant, the wife isn't home, and needed to work out some frustration before I get mad for no reason at her.

Any vendors out there looking for a sales rep?

I don't what the employment laws are where you live, or if you're on contract or not, but I would look in to something called Constructive Dismissal.
