Looks like the nem doesn’t have the proper set up to survive. If it doesn’t hold on to the rock anymore I would throw it out before it kills the tank
It’s recommended to keep a nem in a tank that’s 6+ months old and strong lighting. At 6 months the tank has stable parameters and there’s no fluctuations

Then i will take it back to the shop and re take it after 5 month later. Thank you guys FYI the how it’s look now.

i just keep it in small box with oxygen waiting for the next step. Very sad for him.
