Why are my fish stressed

If it is just the tang that is acting odd, that would speak to the tank being too small.

Yes I do. 2 weeks each fish. I wouldn't say frequent activity I just sit here and watch.

QT only 2 weeks? I ALWAYS QT for at least 4 weeks as that way I'm pretty sure any parasites have gone through their life cycle. If ur parameters appear good I'd check the expiration dates on your kits to make sure they haven't expired.

Red light at night, use one to check for pests after lights out, inverts don't see that light spectrum. Some red film on a flash light works very well. It may take a few nights to se something or better to see nothing and rule out pests.
