Why are my Turbo snails dying?

I seem to have lost 3 in the last month or so. Before that they have been fine all year. They just start falling off the rocks and can't reattach then look weaker and then dead.
Parameters mostly fine, managed a minor salinity spike recently but only up to 1.027.
Temperature dropped over a few days a month or so ago as plug wasn't properly inserted but again, only dropped to 22.7°C (72.86°F).
Only other thing I can think is lack of food but still plenty of film algae on the glass.
Anything I can do?

No, only one tank.

Hi, no just the one tank starting in Dec, cycles using a raw prawn and ATM colony.
Maintenance I usually do 10-15% water changes every 10 days but I've left it 2 weeks as my nutrients are v low.
I run about 1tsp of Rowaphos in my filter (in a bag) as my phosphates were up around 0.3.
I v sporadically dose All for Reef or Ca/Mg individually as my tank doesn't consume much alk/Ca/Mg and the water changes tend to top it up.
Nitrate have been 5 for a while but last test looked pretty close to 0.

I like your rock work. Tank looks nice. Both nitrates and phosphates should be increased as opportunistic Dinoflagellets thrive where others fail. And on that note, some Dino’s are known to be toxic. However, I see no visual of Dino.

Yeah, added a couple of banded Trochus but they've been fine. Could have been end of life as they were pretty big. Just seems like a coincidence to lose 2 (poss 3) in a month.

Never know, if bought from the same store at the same time, probably from the same egg clutch. You do need to continually re-up CUC from time to time.
