Why i have an ugly torch?

Just like the title says? My tank is over 1 year old: my parameters all stable. I have this torch for like 7-8 months. And it started to look ugly. Like shorter tentaclez. Its not receding not sure whats wrong with it. Light the same, flow the same. All my other old torches doing great

I tried less flow, and it didnt work either. All my other torches doing great on same flow
