Can these reproduce without a mate?

I don’t know. But my trochus snails spawn like that a couple times a year. Mine usually do it during the night and I wake up to a cloudy tank. Then little micro trochus start showing up. My kids love searching for them.

It was Hugh Man... but it's ok cuz he's Canadian!!!

This isn't a Mexican turbo that I know because I've been searching every fish store to no avail.
Looks like the ones I used to sell... That being said, if it's from the Caribbean then it's most likely the chestnut turbo snail Turbo castanae.

Looks kinda like the turbo a friend of mine has. Or at least, he calls it a turbo.

Jokes aside, seems to me like it's spawning. If you have others of the same species, be prepared for the inevitable horde...
