Why is my torch ‘stem tissue’ so puffy?

Came home to this tonight. Any ideas?

This has happened to me in the past, not entirely sure why though

Just looks like a torch with health flesh bands a little closed to me.

It has closed before, looks much different than this. The white tissue was way puffed out, 3x its typical 'on the skeleton' size. It has recovered and is back to normal. Best i can figure is it was getting too much flow, or my reef snow earlier in the day caused a reaction (no other torches reacted like this, though).
