Looks like algae that has grown on exposed skeleton. I've had it as well, just keep your corals healthy and they'll push the algae back off.

Coral Fraud Private Eye
Little dead spots on the coral. Salinity, alk and source water purity are the first things that I look at when I have coral problems.
