Why my caulerpa species got bleached and sluggish

A week ago u used vinegar, hot water and peroxide outside of the tank to get rig off old unbrushable hair algae, than rinsed it off with tank water. Maybe some leftovers caused that extinction? Hope caulerpa will survive like species and regrow later, isn't it? (I circled the cleaned parts of the stones)

But also as an option, i have raised blue lights a bit ause by Kenia tree got browny and lost a bit fluorescentic colours in few branches
