why was the LRF disappoint thread removed???? is this not site where people come to learn about the hobby and the vendors in the hobby?

The thread was removed because you did not personally have a transaction with this company so you are not allowed to leave feedback. You're posting on behalf of a local fish store and the arrangements they may or may not have with a food distributor. This is none of any of our business. It also has nothing to do with customer service or the quality of the product of this company.
