Will a 10 inch flowerhorn get along with an 8" oscar in a 75?

No neither fish is suitable alone in a 75 gallon.
Solo flowerhorn works for a 75, but basically as the only fish. Really flowers should always be alone. I’ve yet to hear of one that didn’t eventually kill everything else.
Oscar needs at least 125 just to avoid water quality problems.

I have a flowerhorn! OL TENBROOKS! Yeah, no chance a flowerhorn would get along with an Oscar in that size tank. Maybe when they are small, but they both will get big and mean. Hybrids/SA Cichlids don't mix well.
