Will it live

I got a green mushroom coral yesterday and whenI was removing it from the frag plug I tore the base almost in half. Just want to know if it will live it's the lower one thank you reefers!

Looks just like my Green Ricordea's I've had mine for years and they have gone through anything and everything. Heck they were in one of my tanks that went through a awful cycle as I foolishly allowed my son to set his own tank up without dads help. Oh did I mention that he was nine when this happened and he told me he knew everything he needed to as he saw it on YouTube! Lol His Ammonia topped a API test kit for 4 days before I say he had some of my mushrooms in his tank! He said he went frag shopping and needed color. God I love that kid lol
