I have had two Blood Orange (Premnas biaculeatus x A. ocellaris) captive bred clownfish for 7 months now. When I bought them they were in a tank with about 25 other clowns and were all about 1/2" little guys . Today they are well over 1" and are still beating each other up. They are the only fish in the tank.

One shows a little more aggression than the other one for a bit and then they reverse and the other one becomes more aggressive. but they still can't get along.

They are growing about the same size and are still very healthy but just so aggressive with each other.

Thanks,
Cam

Let them be, they'll figure it out eventually :) mine took about 6 months to get it all figured out.

Thank for the responses.
One of them has jumped out of the tank 3 times. He can only jump out when I have the cover off doing a water change or moving things around. Now I have to have someone on clown watch every time I do maintenance on the tank. He even jumped through egg crate once.
