What would kind of issue would kill a bounce mushroom?
High lighting can cause them to kind of melt. My Superman bounce disappeared but this was because of my emerald crab I think as I am convinced emerald crabs are not reef safe completely but that is for another thread.

Too much light and flow mess bounces up. My uranium bounce had too much of both and melted. I have it in quarentine recovering in a shot glass and it is slowly recovering but it's a super slow process.

Absolutely! Everything was getting stable till i accidentally dosed 400ml of Alk last night...
I don’t particularly dose that often unless I need to as I find doing water changes and regular maintenance is much easier and has the same effect. Dosing can be tricky sometimes and has to be monitored.

My alk went from 8.5 to 11... i accidentally overdosed... will there be any mortality? I only have soft corals 2 mushroom and 1 scoly

I have a very large sps system, while out of town something happened to my calc reactor/apex combo. Long story short I went from 7.0 to 13 and then messed up my correction efforts and had it drop to 4. Didn't notice a thing in the tank, almost 8 months later.
