Will my green slimmer recover?

About a day ago i saw my blue leg climbing on top of my green slimmer which is all green. A day later the top part now white/brown out loss color. Will it recover?

Maybe.
It might have been climbing on it cuz it was dying.
I have hermits climb onto my colonies all the time, they don’t cause harm in my tank.

Thanks. Should I cut the tip off or leave it? I think i change the flow rate of my nero5 to 65% as it sit infront of my acro. Maybe thats what causes it

if the tip is white and dead, it would likely be best to trim the dead tip off.
