My wife once said that Will Power doesn't live in our house.
Painfully true.
About 2 years ago I got a Marineland 5 gal AIO aquarium for my daughters Beta.
The beta died so naturally, I turned it into a mini saltwater tank with an anemone and a clownfish (original, huh).
I wanted more so I got a Fluval 13.5 EVO AIO and started adding live rock and some corals.
Limitations due to the size of the nano had me looking and getting a 29 gal AIO which I naturally had to update with lighting and skimmer and a one gallon hang on fuge, etc.
It is going well so I've added a few fish, invertebrates, and corals.
This tank is starting to fill out and look nice so naturally, I want more.
This weekend I located:
100 gallon glass with stand and canopy and some extras - FREE
75 gallon acrylic AIO with pump, wave makers and stand with canopy- $200 and they will deliver
60 gallon acrylic with 30 gallon sump and stand plus live rock - $250
I really like the 60-gallon gallon with the sump.
The truth is, I have no practical place to put any of those in my house.
I want it to look nice (wife probably would insist) but I also want it in the living room so I can see it - watch it a lot. After all, that's why I'm into the hobby. Between the 65" HDTV and the aquarium with a stand it would feel like the walls are closing in. There just isn't enough room.
I'm trying real hard to ignore these (3) tanks and be content with the 29 gallon I've been working on.
It is painfully hard.
