OK so just got a bta and he move a couple of time and seems stuck where he's at now my only concern is he's right under a mushroom. Will the mushroom be OK or should I move it?

Mushroom will not be happy and will shrink up on the side that touches the nem. This mushroom will survive, but will not thrive. Eventually you will have more mushrooms and those will be okay :)
