Will this led light grow chaeto?

So i bought this led light on Amazon few months ago i was told it’ll grow chaeto now I’m having my doubts says 2700k I’m told you need 6500k
But not sure if it’s that’s 2700 white or total

I had that light for a while and it grew chaeto okay. I ran it 24x7. It eventually quit and I replaced it with this light, and now I pull out tons of chaeto every week.
