will this:

support the weight of this:

when full?

HD says that bench should support up to 400 lbs, the sump total water volume is 44.81 gallons at 8.5 lbs per gallon, that's approx 380 lbs, plus the weight of the sump and equipment, that seems to be cutting it close. I'd probably take the feet off and just set it on the floor to distribute the weight better also. just wanted to know what you guys thought. I could DIY a sump stand if i had to, but I'd like to get something that looks finished already if I can. looking at this because I want the sump stand to be 20in tall.

It’s a decent idea. Just thinking about splashing and humidity... with it being made of metal would decline rust early on?

Without knowing what factor of safety it was designed to, it is hard to say if it will hold up to the weight. But your link says 600lbs max. That said, I would not do it because it appears to be made out mild steel i.e 1/32" thick and will be a rust magnet in no time, especially if you set it on the floor.
