Will thunder cause my fish to stress?

I have 4 Green Chromis, the wall their tank is on is facing outside. There is a huge thunderstorm and the thunder is shaking the house. Will this cause the fish to stress? Also how long can the last if the power goes out (it's a 36 gallon tank)

Not sure on the thunder, but I get some battery powered pump even it it just an air pump ASAP.. Need to keep movement in the water if you lose power. On that small of a tank I'd wrap it in a blanket and try and keep as much heat is as you can..
