Have you tried something along the lines of Mexican Turbo snails? This looks like GHA to me which they tend to love.

It looks like GHA but it has much thicker strands and doesn't move in the current like GHA, it's more stiff. I have two big Mexican Turbo snails and they don't touch it. I have been battling high nutrients and they are starting to come down. My plan is to do a round of Flucanozole once the nutrients are where I want them. I've done it before for Bryopsis and it worked like a charm. I've heard that it takes longer for the Flucanozole to work on GHA.

That is unfortunate. I would say the next two best options would either be the Fluconazole or Vibrant by Underwater Creations.
