My Apex is on the main floor of our house and my mixing/storage station is 50' away and down in the basement. I'd like to connect a couple of float switches to my Apex breakout box via some sort of wireless connection. Any ideas? Thanks.

This will get expensive.
First you will need a break out box of some sorts at the mixing station.
Then you will need some sort of encoder and transmitter.

Then at the apex you will need a receiver and decoder, to tell the apex breakout box what switches are closed

Might be easier and possibly cheaper to get a used apex and breakout box.

If you can run an ethernet cable from the mixing station to the apex, you can either connect individual wire pairs to floats and the breakout box.
Or they make usb ends you connect to, and you can put a modual and breakout bot at the mixing station.

Thanks, @Biglew11 , I was afraid someone would say that. I was hoping for, "all you need is brand X's on/off 1/0 closed/open wireless link thingy". Sigh. I can do wired, but it'll be a pain.
Hey @Terence, how about remote connection via wifi? When you get some spare time, of course... And while you're at it, wireless on/off signal to control solenoid, heater, etc.
