I’m pretty sure it’s Dino but at the off chance it may not be just wondering if it could be diatoms.
I added a dead piece of coral (dried) a couple weeks ago. Tank is 8 months old,175gallon fowlr.
Nitrate is 20
Phos is .5ish

I'm not a Pro at this but, I would get some sand sifting snails and maybe a starfish to stir up the sand. And maybe small more power heads.

At the moment I am running just one mp40, probably not enough flow...I am about to be getting two of the apex pumps in the next month hopefully this helps. I have a diamond goby and 10 nassarious snails as of now. I will look into the sand sifting Star as well

Hard photo to tell by but off first glance, I would agree with everyone and say no. A little more flow and some sand stirrers would be great. Although I don’t recommend a sand shifting starfish as they eat all the microfauna you have.

Thank you for the replies. I was hoping it wasn’t Dino if so i didn’t want to do a water change but i think i will and vacuum the sand and just see what happens
