Working with 3/16" Plexi-glass

I need to cobble together some frag tanks for a swap. I have the materials left over from other projects, including the Weld-on. I've made containers and picos out of thinner plexi-glass but I haven't worked with the 3/16" material before. I have a couple different blades including a professional glass cutter. My question: is it possible to get nice clean edges working with this material at home or would I be better served having it pre-cut with an industrial cutter?

Is there a $20-35 Harbor Freight tool I can pick up?

I made a skimmer years ago with cutting 1/4” on a table saw with a fine tooth trim blade and sanding is smoother with an orbital for a while.
Weldon 4 held it together well for the 3-4 years I used it

I use a fine tooth blade on a table saw and let the blade do the cutting. Then i sand down the edges and hit it with a torch lightly to get it back to smooth and clear.
