As the impact of COVID-19 grows, we decided to create this short video. We think it is important that you hear directly from us about our mitigation efforts, we have enacted to reduce the risk to you, our customer and our employees. Our focus remains on the health and safety of our employees and customers, while doing our part to restrict the spread of disease. We know it is critical for us to be transparent, and to be as proactive and reactive as we can be. We have reinforced our standard cleaning procedures, while adding increased frequency measures for things such as wiping down all touch points, counters, tables, water test areas, bathrooms, door handles and register terminals. These enhanced sanitizing procedures were implemented more than two weeks ago. We also continue to reinforce our policy for reporting illness if employees are experiencing flu-like systems, employees are directed to stay home. Store operations will continue as normal (open every day from 11 A.M. to 7 P.M.) at both of our retail locations This situation continues to change daily and as such, we will continue to follow the guidance provided by the CDC and local health departments, in addition to doing all that we can to help keep our employees, customers and the community safe. If you are uncomfortable entering one of our retail locations or interacting with the general public, you can order your corals online at worldwidecorals.com. We continue to ship daily, so please feel free to order our corals delivered directly to your home or office. Or during check out you can choose in store pick up. We ask that you give us a phone call prior to heading over to pick up so we can have your corals ready to take to your car upon your arrival. Thank you for your continued support and patience as we navigate this challenging time.
