Wow i seen this thread and thought something completely differenr, yes thats a barnacle, but their are these type of red/black worms that live in acros thats ben going around lately

thats dead frag off a mariculture (yea i kno) with about 15 of them in it and i felt bad dipping it and throwing it out because of them so i kept it lol
 
So can you frag it then grow other corals on it?
I guess so lol i should be able to, thats a good question. People say barnicals dont last long and they wind up dieng but ive had that dead frag for over a year and there still there lol
