Sorry about pic it was fast! Saw it for the first time today. I don't think it is a bristle worm but it might be? It is really quick, if you blink its gone. It stretched out about 5 inches and grabbed some mysis I was feeding then bolted back into its hole...I really hope it is a harmless bristle...

The head of it had 2-3 antennas.

From what I see it does look like a bristle worm. What color is it?
 
Like a light tan color. Could it be a rock worm / Eunicid? It's movements reminded me of a snake not a worm.

fire worm,bristle worm.dont touch they sting if you do get stung soak in vinager it will disolve the bristles
