What type of worm is this..has the anchor type mouth

It worked but they are pretty small, tough to tell what they are.

can you get a bigger pic? I can't even blow that one up. Maybe a peanut worm, but really hard to tell with the itty bitty pic.

i think on the other forum they decided it was a eunicid worm...however you spell it

eunicid worm---i think they were BADDDD for LPS(acans) check out this thread from Alpha corals. pretty scary stuff!

Yes they are very bad and they love to munch on lps. I had one with a taste for blastos.

I think perhaps people are a bit paranoid and jumping to conclusions. I don't see how anybody can make out from that pic that it's a eunicid worm. I've had one before and it looked nothing like the shape in that pic...or the color. From that pic, it looks more like some sort of tube worm...but the pic isn't all that good.

^^^ I would agree, i don't think those are eunicid's and you sure can't tell from that pic. And i don't think your going to see a bunch of Eunicid's hanging out together on the glass with lights on.
