Can anyone ID this worm. I moved some rocks and it came out of my sand bed is it good or bad.

Very blurry picture so Id be hard.
But first thing coming into my head = peanut worm so look that up and see if a match, as you got better eyes to see in person
Had a search and your right it is a peanut worm/beneficial until something gets a hold of it

Aw great stuff,I love all the unusual little critters we get in our tanks,I've not had a peanut worm as off yet but sure in time I get one ha ha ,but maybe already have but dont know ha ha
