Couple white worms crawled out of my scoly, gave it a dip, read online it could be from feeding shrimp… hope it’s nothing crazy

These are acoel flatworms. Siphon them out with a 3/8” tube, if many consider a wrasse that will eat them such as yellow coris wrasse or 6 lined or even lunare wrasse
