We were out of town for a week and had a clogged AC drain pipe, and I saw a few of those moths/flies in the house when we got back! bet that's it! Not as scary as an internal parasite but still gross lolLook up Psychoda (moth/drain fly) larvae and see if it's a match - the tail and fuzzy spikes on the side can be tough to see in a few of the pics, but they're similar to yours here.
