Though not as bad as fireworms, bristleworms still hurt.

That one is friend. However you are right they are not the kind of dog you want to pet. I like the small ones the big ones I usually yeet. Bigger than a finger then I get you with my tongs but I have a boat load of them. I would need to trap them to curb their existence in my tank.
