Worried about seal

I see on one side of tank the seal looks different than all the others. Do I need to worry about failing. Is there anything I can do to limit the possibility of it failing? It is a red sea reef for 350. That is about 2 1/2 years old.

I would start looking at buying containers and clamps soon........IMO, doesn't look good.
