Would a Tunze Turbelle Nanostream 6015 be good for a 15 gallon or would a Jebao OW-10 be better?

I am looking for a small power head for my 15 gallon innovative marine. I was thinking about the Turbelle Nanostream 6015 but was not sure if it would be under kill, Over kill or just right? Leave any other suggestions down below please and thank you? I was also thinking about the Jebao OW-10 too would that be better because it is adjustable?

Thanks I heard they they could fail but I was on a budget so I may not know.
Some people swear by them.
I swear at them.
I've had terrible luck with them.
I have a Tunze 6105 that's 25 years old and still works.
Several 6055's that are at the 6 year mark.
A couple 6045's that are near 10 years old.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
