They don't handle shipping stress well, often have internal parasites, can be timid when first introduced, and may be picky eaters.

So if I were to find a reputable shop that has an excellent quarantine program and won't sell until they are eating standard supplied foods would that be negate the majority of difficulties?

Not so much; too busy here. It was only a few articles, and it wasn't "my blog", technically speaking. Reef Edition (R2R's magazine) could be seeing more of me...

I had no reason to distrust @eatbreakfast, just not much experience dealing with him. You, however, I have seen demonstrated experience from.
